Hindles offer competitively-priced UK trade mark and design filing services. As UK and EU practice remains generally aligned we offer reductions to file copies of EU applications in the UK.
UK Trade Mark Filing
Our charge to file a UK trade mark application in one class is £500. There is an official fee of £170.
For each additional class we charge a further £120 and there is a further official fee of £50.
There is a charge of £90 to claim priotity.
Where we are instructed to file a copy of an EU trade mark application, without a requirement for additional advice, our filing charge is reduced by 20% and we do not charge to claim priority.
Minimum further charges to grant, if there are no objections or oppositions, are £240.
UK Design Filing
Our charge to file a single UK design application, without a request for deferred publicatinon, is £540. There is an official fee of £50.
Our charge to file additional UK design applications, at the same time, in a multiple application, is £180 per additional design. There is an additional official fee of £20 per 10 designs.
Where we are instructed to file a copy of an EU design application, without a requirement for additional advice, our filing charge is reduced by 20% and we do not charge to claim priority.
Minimum further charges to grant, unless there are objections (which is uncommon), are £180 for one design and a further £60 per additional design.
