Claire joined the intellectual property sector in 2002, providing support to a partner and chemistry team at a London intellectual property law firm for 10 years, before moving to Edinburgh and joining Hindles in 2013.
With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Claire is knowledgeable in many areas of intellectual property law, both domestic and international, and has particular expertise in European intellectual property practices, including opposition proceedings before the European Patent Office.
Claire is skilled in working with a wide range of clients from a variety of backgrounds and industries, and is able to tailor her approach to meet specific client needs and requirements.
Claire works closely with the attorney team and the wider firm at Hindles to assist in providing paralegal and administrative support on the management of patent portfolios and other aspects of client care.
